RGB versus CMYK
Posts on Wednesday, June 6th, 2007 at 11:16and is filed under Design.I’m quite new to printing and I was recently tasked with the job of designing a card for my Girlfriend, designing the card was easy and I knew the theory behind having to use CMYK rather than RGB for print, as well as the dpi (300).
In proofing the final design which was ok’d by the boss I found that when I printed it the card came out in only yellow .. this was much to my despair and after hours of tweaking the colours I found the problem was with my printer cartridge.
Anyway to cut a very long story short I found this link very helpful in understanding the difference between RGB and CYMK

Honey,
My business card is fabulous and I was really impressed at how you mirrored the image of the Moebius strip
