“Graffiti (singular: graffito;) is the name for images or lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property. Graffiti is sometimes regarded as a form of art and other times regarded as unsightly damage or unwanted.”
There are some really gifted Graffiti artists out there today expressing themselves on walls, billboards, seats and pretty much anywhere they can convieniently or not so convieniently access. Whether they are graffic designers expressing themselves outside of the workplace, teens fighting the man or the local community support group commissioning a work of modern art to brighten up the neighbourhood a lot has to be said for this type of Art … when its done right.
Lets face it anyone can sign their name on a corner, shop shutter or gate but can everyone do this;
Smashing Magazine have gathered 40 Stunning and Creative gaffiti Artworks for our enjoyment from which I found ekosystem.org which has some really nice examples of graffiti pictures
I’ve taken one or two myself too and I would be interested to hear what you think so please feel free to post your comments

Now THAT IS what I’d call an interesting thought on this subject. What I would suggest perhaps is speaking to other people involved in the scene and bring to light any conflicting points of view and then update or create a new article for us to . I hope you’ll take my advice, I’m looking forward to it! Try to cover off on some graffiti characters as well if you can, they’re quite popular at the moment.
