Neiltendo

After an unfortunate hacking incident a friend of mine, Neil’s website was in a bit of disarray so over a few pints one Friday evening I offered to revamp it for him. The original site was a prepackaged wordpress theme which was fit for purpose for a standard blog but this time round Neil wanted to do it right and had a few things he wanted to include such as an area to show what games he was currently playing with perhaps some integration to the blog to allow a review of the game once completed. He also wanted to include some handy links but the one point he was clear was he wanted the design to be inconspicuous with light greys and that updates to the site would be an ease which would hopefully entice him to update it regularly.

So I took all this on board and came up with the all new Neiltendo which makes use of a number of wordpress tricks such as custom fields, timthumb thumbnail creator and some fancy JQuery to top it off
